Chef Daniel Katz founded Made in Israel in 2003, and is the company’s owner and Head Chef. Katz is a graduate of Hadassah College for Culinary Arts and of  studies in food and beverage management. He was previously the Quality Coach for the Holiday Inn hotel-chain, and won immense esteem for his fine work in the kitchens of Jerusalem hotels -  among them, the  King David Hotel, Crowne Plaza Hotel, and Dan Panorama.
